DEQ-AML Project 17.32-10 - General Statewide Construction Contracts - Not to Exceed $150,000

The Wyoming State Construction Department is seeking bids for a general statewide construction contract for the Abandoned Mine Land Division (AML) Project 17.32-10. The contract is for construction work at various locations throughout the state, and the total cost of the contract shall not exceed $150,000. The work may include earthwork projects, drilling and grouting projects, revegetation of reclaimed sites, and site-specific services. Bidders must attend one of the two mandatory pre-bid meetings to be qualified to bid for this contract. • The contract is for a Task Order basis, and the Agency is not obligated to issue a Task Order. • The contract term is from the Effective Date through December 31, 2028. • The total payment for all work completed under this contract shall not exceed $150,000. • Bidders must register on the Public Purchase website to download the Bid Package and submit bids. • Questions must be submitted in writing to the Engineer by December 11, 2025, 5:00 PM.
