Description
The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is conducting market research for an enterprise‑wide Border Patrol Technical Operations Center (BPTOC) service. The future contract is expected to be an IDIQ or enterprise award that will provide 24 × 7 × 365 Network Operations Center (NOC), Security Operations Center (SOC), and Help‑Desk capabilities supporting multiple surveillance and detection portfolios (Integrated Surveillance Towers, Mobile, Subterranean). Vendors must demonstrate capability to operate SOC/NOC, manage cyber‑security monitoring, vulnerability scanning, incident response, and provide extensive reporting and transition planning.
