RFI-University of Tennessee Courses

The United States Air Force is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the capabilities to meet qualification requirements to provide training courses, certificate courses, and degree programs in support of the United States Air Force for a period of five years. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, materials, books, tuition, all fees, and non-personal services necessary to provide training courses, certificate courses, and degree programs including the Industrial Operations Leadership, Management, and Strategy Certificate program and the Aerospace and Defense MBA program. Key responsibilities include: • Providing a 60-month continuous ordering period for the specified programs • Providing classes, certifications, courses, housing, or other services discovered during the course of performance that are within the general scope of the contract • Ensuring compliance with security requirements and regulations • Providing a program manager as the single point of contact between the contractor and the government • Submitting payment requests and receipt/acceptance documents via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE)
