The Fort Mill School District is seeking a single prime contractor to provide comprehensive services for the construction of a Training and Support Center. The contractor's scope of work shall include demo, utilities, and construction activities. The project is expected to begin no later than November 10, 2025, and must be completed on or before May 8, 2026. The project is located at 2209 Deerfield Dr., Fort Mill, SC 29715. Key aspects of the project include: • A one-year warranty against defects, failures, etc. caused by materials and workmanship • A pre-bid meeting and site visit on October 16, 2025 • A bid submission deadline of October 30, 2025 • A contract award notification on or around October 31, 2025
