Description
The Lone Star College System is seeking a contractor to provide routine elevator maintenance and inspection services for its campuses. The contractor will be responsible for performing monthly inspections and maintenance services on the existing elevators and chairlifts at each campus, center, and/or satellite location. The scope of work includes maintenance and inspection activities associated with existing elevator systems, but does not authorize construction-related services.
