Request for Information - F-15 Heads Up Display Control Panel (HUDCP) Depot Activation Capabilities

The Air Force Lifecycle Management Center, F-15 Directorate (AFLCMC/WAQ) is seeking information from industry partners to support the development of Depot Activation capabilities for the F-15EX program. The focus of this Request for Information (RFI) is on the provision of Depot Activation capabilities for the F-15EX's current Heads Up Display Control Panel (HUDCP). The RFI aims to identify potential sources capable of fielding Depot Activation capabilities and to gather information on industry capabilities, emerging innovations, and alternative approaches. The Government is interested in industry input on developing the most efficient solution for organically repairing components related to Depot Activation, addressing technical data and intellectual property rights, and cost, schedule, and performance for components related to Depot Activation. • The F-15EX program is a multi-role weapon system that leverages more than $5B of foreign military sales investment and capability enhancements on an even more robust F-15 airframe. • The program aims to establish F-15EX organic maintenance capabilities while maximizing utilization of existing F-15 legacy assets. • The contract will support Air Logistics Complex (ALC) stand-up through contractor identification of requirements and design/build/purchase of Specialized Test Equipment (STE), Test Program Sets (TPS), and Interface Test Adapters (ITAs) required for depot-level hardware testing and repair. • The Government requests that interested sources submit electronic White Paper responses, including company information, point of contact, and supporting documentation. • The RFI is not a solicitation, and responses will not be returned, but may be used for planning purposes to identify interested sources.
