Description
Missoula County is seeking a qualified contractor to produce three evening motorsports shows for the Western Montana Fair, handling everything from arena preparation through post‑event teardown. The contractor must manage participant recruitment, safety compliance, prize‑money administration, staffing (arena manager, announcer, security, etc.), marketing support, and long‑term partnership responsibilities, while adhering to strict timelines and insurance requirements. Evaluation will consider technical capability, experience, safety plan, interview performance, cost proposal, and references.
• Deliver three turnkey motorsports performances (≈2‑2.5 hr each) on consecutive evenings in late July/early August 2026.
• Provide full production services: arena management, staffing, logistics, technical inspections, prize‑money handling, safety plan, and post‑event cleanup within 24 hrs.
