Gas Turbine Engine Field and Depot Services

The City of Santa Clara is soliciting proposals for Gas Turbine Engine Field and Depot Services. The successful proposer will provide field and depot services for the City's gas turbine engines, including quarterly, semi-annual, and annual routine inspections, hot section rotable exchange services, on-site services, and major gas turbine engine and hot section overhauls. The contract will be for a term of 5 years, with the option to extend for up to 5 additional years. The City is looking for a proposer with at least 5 years of experience in providing similar services. • The proposer must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) pursuant to California Labor Code Section 1725.5. • The proposer must have at least 5 years of comparable experience performing the services for which they are submitting proposals. • The proposer must provide a detailed narrative demonstrating their qualifications, technical expertise, and experience in meeting all requirements outlined in the RFP. • The proposer must provide a cost/fee proposal that includes prevailing wage and non-prevailing wage rates, as applicable. • The proposer must provide a summary of their company's safety program, including training procedures and protocols used to ensure that personnel are properly trained, certified (if applicable), and equipped to perform their duties safely and effectively.
