Description
The City of Rockford is seeking a qualified vendor to provide weatherization architectural services. The selected vendor will be responsible for conducting energy audits, installing energy-efficient measures, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and the Substance Abuse Prevention on Public Works Projects Act. The vendor must also comply with lead-safe work practices and provide client education on the purpose and features of carbon monoxide alarms. The contract will be awarded for a period of sixty (60) calendar days, and the vendor must submit pricing for each item indicated on the bid forms.
