Description
The Rhode Island Convention Center Authority seeks a security technical consulting firm to design, specify, and oversee implementation of a comprehensive video‑management and electronic access‑control system across its convention center campus, including a new Security Operations Center. The consultant will conduct assessments, produce detailed design documents, assist with procurement, and provide on‑site oversight through commissioning.
• Phase 1: Conduct assessments, stakeholder interviews, and deliver a Security Systems Plan and Basis of Design for a centralized SOC.
• Phase 2: Develop technical specifications, support vendor selection, and ensure design integration into construction documents.
• Phase 3: Provide QA/QC, oversee installation, validate as‑built documentation, and manage final commissioning and hand‑off.
