Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

The budget for this project is difficult to estimate without more information about the scope and scale of the renovation. However, considering the scope of work, which includes removing and replacing all security windows, refinishing accent and large-format cast stone, and repainting handrails, metal gym screening, and metal louvers, the project may require significant labor and materials costs. A rough estimate for a project of this type could be in the range of $500,000 to $2,000,000, depending on the size of the corrections center and the complexity of the work. Factors that may influence the budget include the number of workers required, the cost of materials, and any unexpected site conditions or changes to the scope of work.
