RFP to Develop Affordable Housing - 0 West Falmouth Highway

The Town of Falmouth is seeking proposals from qualified developers to develop affordable housing on two contiguous parcels of land, totaling approximately 2.81 acres, located at 0 West Falmouth Highway. The purpose of the Request for Proposals is to select a developer with demonstrated experience and capacity to develop affordable housing that best addresses the needs and goals of the Town of Falmouth. • The properties consist of two parcels: 0 West Falmouth Highway, Parcel ID 26 04 062A 000, consisting of 0.25 acres, and 0 West Falmouth Highway Parcel ID 26 04 057A 001, consisting of 2.56+/- acres. • The Town intends to convey title in fee simple, and all improvements constructed by the Developer will be the property of the Developer’s ownership entity. • Proposers must register on the Town’s procurement site to ensure receipt of any changes or addenda to the RFP. • The Awarding Authority for this RFP shall be the Town Manager, who reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals.
