Description
The Texas A&M AgriLife Dallas Research and Extension Center is seeking bids for annual exterior landscape management services. The services include maintenance of turf, shrubs, groundcovers, weed control, pre-emergent treatments, and fertilization. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment, as well as inspection of irrigation systems. The contract may be renewed for up to four additional years.
• Turf mowing and edging
• Bed pre-emergent and fertilization
• Shrub and tree maintenance
• Irrigation system inspection and repair
• Weed control and debris removal
• Seasonal color program
• Pesticide application
• Mowing and aeration of turf areas
• Tree pruning and trimming
