Description
The City of Lewiston, Maine is seeking bids for the Middle Street Water Main Replacement project. The project involves the replacement of existing water main infrastructure in Middle Street from Main Street to the existing southerly side of the railroad right-of-way, and from the northerly side of the railroad right-of-way to Spring Street. The work includes the installation of 800 LF of 12" DI water main, 50 LF of 10" DI water main, 500 LF of 8" DI water main, domestic services, sprinkler services, temporary water services, and hydrant installations. The project also includes the replacement of pavement and the installation of new curb and sidewalk. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the work.
