Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services on a BD LSRFortessa X-20 SORP Flow Cytometer System, including High Throughput Sampler

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance and repair services for a BD LSRFortessa X-20 SORP Flow Cytometer System, including a High Throughput Sampler. The contract will be for a base year with two option years. The contractor will be required to provide two scheduled on-site planned preventive maintenance visits per year, unlimited on-site corrective maintenance/repairs, and technical support. The contractor must also provide OEM-certified replacement parts and follow OEM specifications, manuals, and service bulletins. • The contractor must have experience providing similar services for the same brand and model of equipment. • The contractor must provide a written approach to satisfy all requirements. • The contractor must provide sufficient technical information to demonstrate their technical capability. • The contractor must submit a written Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) for each item not in compliance with 508 standards.
