Pawnee Warehouse-Labor and materials for electrical repair and HVAC replacement

The Illinois Department of Natural Resources is seeking a contractor to provide labor and materials for electrical repair and HVAC replacement at the Pawnee Pershbacher Facility. The scope of work includes repairing electrical systems, installing a new HVAC unit, providing and installing required gas, refrigerant, and drain piping, and reworking electrical as needed. The contractor must also provide and install all required ductwork, outlets, and lighting. The project requires a minimum of 51% of the work to be completed by the prime contractor. • The contractor must provide all necessary materials, labor, insurance, and permits. • The contractor must install a new furnace and A/C unit. • The contractor must rework electrical as needed for the new HVAC unit. • The contractor must provide start-up services at the conclusion of all repairs. • The contractor must ensure that all elements are restored to their original working state.
