Request for Qualifications - Transportation and Traffic Engineering Professional Services

The City of Brentwood, Missouri is seeking qualified consultants to provide on-call traffic and transportation engineering services. The selected consultant will be required to prepare traffic impact studies, review site development plans, and provide recommendations addressing site circulation, site access, pedestrian access, and safety surrounding traffic impacts. The consultant will also be required to attend application review meetings and public hearings, and present recommendations to the Planning & Zoning Commission, Planning & Development Department, and/or Board of Aldermen as required. • The consultant should have experience in traffic and transportation engineering projects, including grading, paving, landscaping, repairing, replacing, and improving assets such as trails, parking lots, streets, sidewalks, driveways, storm sewers, underground facilities, and similar work for projects on an as-needed basis for the City. • The consultant should have a team with the necessary skills and experience to perform the required services, including Professional Engineer (PE) and Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) certification. • The consultant should have experience working with municipalities, departments of transportation, or other public entities. • The consultant should be able to demonstrate their ability to meet deadlines, control costs, and provide high-quality work.
