Description
The Caro Community Schools is seeking a vendor to provide network electronics at five buildings. The scope of work includes providing the configuration and system quantities to all locations, testing all hardware for defects, and providing installation, administration, testing, and "As-Built" documentation. The selected vendor/contractor must also provide a written guarantee/warranty covering the installed network electronics against defects in workmanship, components, and performance, and follow-on support after project completion for a period of three years.
• The project is expected to be completed within three months.
• The selected vendor/contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local codes and regulations.
• The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
• The selected vendor/contractor must provide a performance bond covering the faithful performance of the awarded contract and a labor and material payment bond in the total amount of the bid.
