Description
The South Dakota Department of the Military seeks qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide professional design services for renovating the women’s and men’s restrooms at the Army National Guard facility in Vermillion, SD. The scope includes site investigation, design development (30% and 90% design phases), and later construction administration, with a focus on maximizing space usage and achieving ADA compliance. Firms must submit a Statement of Interest (SOI) limited to 20 pages that addresses twelve weighted criteria covering approach, team expertise, code knowledge, QA/QC processes, past performance, and more.
