Window Tint for MPC

The United States Air Force is seeking qualified vendors for the professional installation of frosted window tinting on thirteen designated exterior windows of the Mission Planning Cell (MPC) at McConnell Air Force Base. The contractor will need to furnish all necessary labor, supervision, materials, specialized equipment, transportation, and tools required to complete the installation. The window film utilized must meet the government's requirements for privacy, light diffusion, and facility standards. • The contractor must ensure that all work is conducted with minimal disruption to the facility and without degrading the operational integrity or physical security of the workspace. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards. • The contractor must coordinate directly with the McConnell AFB Visitor Control Center (VCC) to submit all requisite personnel background information prior to the start of work. • The contractor must strictly adhere to all directives, traffic regulations, and security instructions issued by MPC staff, designated escorts, and the McConnell AFB Security Forces Squadron.
