Phase 2, Cody Shooting Range, Scott County

The project involves the construction of a new wood-framed building for the commercial shooting complex in Scott County, Iowa. The building will include offices, range control, sales, classroom, and supporting spaces. The structure consists of concrete foundations, wood-framed walls, pre-engineered trusses, standing seam metal roofing, engineered wood siding, aluminum windows, and hollow metal doors and frames. The project also includes alterations to two existing pole barn buildings, consisting of selective demolition, removal of overhead sectional doors, hollow metal doors, and siding, and installation of new operable sectional doors, hollow metal doors, and framing.
