Description
The Town of Lancaster is seeking bids for the Lancaster DPW Roof Replacement Project. The project involves replacing the roof of the Lancaster DPW building located at 453 Center Bridge Rd, Lancaster, MA 01523. Bidders must submit a current Prime Certificate of Eligibility for Roofing issued by the Division of Capital Asset Management, DCAM. The estimated project value is $250,000.00.
• The project requires bidders to comply with M.G.L. Chapter 306 of the Acts of 2004 related to certification of employees in OSHA 10 hr course.
• Bidders must submit a bid deposit in the form of a bid bond, certified check, treasurer's check, or cashier's check.
• The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond and a labor and materials payment bond.
• The minimum wages to be paid for all labor on the project are established in a schedule issued by the Department of Labor and Workforce Development.
