Description
Henry County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide on-call paving services as an annual contract. The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and services necessary in the performance of this RFP. Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 PM local time on January 30, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for providing on-call paving services, including milling and resurfacing, asphalt tack, asphalt prime, mobilization, crack sealing, pothole patching, and shoulder building. The contract term will be determined after the review and evaluation of the Time Line Schedules submitted by the successful consultant.
• The contractor must have a current valid license from the State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable rules and regulations of local, state, and national codes, laws, and ordinances.
• The contractor must provide a Statement of Warranty, including all applicable manufacturers' warranty and the contractor's warranty in regards to equipment, materials, and workmanship.
• The contractor must comply with the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act.
• The contractor must provide a drug-free workplace and comply with the Drug-free Workplace Act.
