RFP 2026-003 Henderson Park Master Plan

The City of Tucker is seeking a consultant to create a community-driven master plan for Henderson Park, a 120-acre park in the city. The plan should elevate the park into a premier public space with both active and passive amenities that enhance the natural features of the site. The project involves analyzing existing plans and studies, evaluating existing uses and natural features, identifying options for enhanced aesthetics and functionality, and creating a phased prioritization list of proposed improvements. The consultant will be required to provide a minimum of four references and submit a proposal that includes firm information, a brief description of planning services or related projects completed within the last three years, resumes of key personnel, and a proposed timeline for completion of objectives.
