Description
The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southwest is seeking a contractor for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) for general construction projects at government installations within the command's area of responsibility. The contract will have a basic performance period of 24 months, with one 36-month option, for a total maximum duration of five years. The estimated maximum dollar value for all contracts combined is $49,000,000. The contractor will be responsible for construction, supervision, equipment, material, labor, and all means necessary for specialty trade projects.

• Alterations, repairs, and construction of all other specialty trade construction projects
• Projects may include, but are not limited to, specialty trade projects
• The contractor must meet the requirements and steps listed at the SBA's webpage and have current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database
