The Mecklenburg County is seeking pre-qualification applications from subcontractors interested in bidding the precast concrete scope of work for the 7th & College Street Parking Deck project. The project includes demolition of an existing structure and construction of a new 263-space urban precast concrete parking deck with elevators, egress stairwells, emergency generators, fire pump, and approximately 7,000 SF of retail shell space along 7th Street. Streetscape improvements to 7th Street are also included. • The project location is 119 East 7th Street, Charlotte, NC 28202. • The pre-qualification form is available on the project website: https://7andcollegeparking.gilbaneco.com. • Completed forms must be submitted to Elissa Booms at [email protected] no later than May 13, 2026, at 2:00 PM. • The construction duration is anticipated to be approximately 12 months, subject to change based on Construction Drawings release.
