Bandera Farms Equestrian Park Construction

The Town of Summerfield is seeking sealed bids for the construction of the Bandera Farms Park Project. The project includes the construction of a park with two trailheads, two parking lots, a playground, a greenway, restroom facilities, and landscaping. The work involves clearing and demolition, grading, construction of entry roads, sidewalks, a greenway, trailheads, playground, restroom facilities, a septic and well system, shade structures, related signage, drainage, erosion control, and landscaping. The project is expected to be completed within 250 consecutive calendar days. • The project includes the construction of a 120-acre park featuring approximately 4.5 miles of dedicated horse trails. • The park will also include a destination-quality “Adventure Playscape,” a shelter house, a bathroom building, and designated parking areas for each core zone of the park. • The greenway will run parallel to the horse trails, starting with a natural surface and eventually being paved as part of the full greenway buildout. • The project requires the contractor to employ local labor and to complete the work in accordance with the contract documents and applicable laws and regulations.
