Waste Disposal and Recycling Services

The KC Board of Public Utilities is seeking proposals for waste disposal and recycling services. The contract will be for a three-year period, with an option to renew for up to two additional one-year periods. The scope of work includes waste disposal and recycling services, and processing. • The contract is expected to start on November 1, 2025, and end on October 31, 2028. • The option to renew the contract will be based on performance satisfactory to BPU and at the sole discretion of BPU. • The contract will be awarded based on proposals received from interested proposers. • The RFP includes a pricing spreadsheet and a bid document/specifications.
