NetBrain Support & Maintenance

This solicitation seeks qualified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) dealers to provide ongoing maintenance and support services for the NetBrain network automation platform for the State of Ohio. The work is structured as a one‑year contract (with potential extensions) and must be performed under one of the State’s existing contracts (RSC024735, RSC021317, RSC021135, 0A1375, or STS033). Pricing must be equal to or lower than the pricing on the referenced state contracts, and the supplier must list the appropriate contract number on the bid grid. • Provide full‑time support and maintenance for NetBrain (SKU #NB‑RENEWAL‑MAIN) covering the period 9/15/2026 – 9/14/2027 (and additional lines 7/15/2026 – 7/14/2027). • Only MBE‑qualified vendors who already have the NetBrain SKU on an Ohio state contract may submit a proposal; otherwise the bid will be disqualified. • The contract is open‑ended for up to three additional one‑year extensions at the State’s discretion, contingent on performance. • All quotes must be submitted by 5/26/2026 PM; questions must be submitted by 5/21/2026 PM. • The work will be performed for the Department of Administrative Services’ OIT (Office of Information Technology) at the Columbus address listed under “Ship To.”
