Description
The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish a contract for maintenance and repair services for the Abilene State Supported Living Center motor pool vehicle fleet. The contract will be for a term to be determined, with an anticipated start date of September 1, 2026. The successful bidder will be required to provide maintenance and repair services for the vehicle fleet, including oil changes, lubrication, and guaranteed maintenance programs.
• The contract will be awarded based on the best value for the state, considering factors such as price, experience, and qualifications.
• The bidder must submit a comprehensive response, including all required information and documentation, by the response deadline of June 18, 2026, at 10:30 AM.
• The bidder must also submit a completed and signed Exhibit A - HHS Solicitation Affirmations and Exhibit C - Pricing Sheet.
• The contract will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the IFB, including the Uniform Terms and Conditions and any applicable laws and regulations.
