This contract provides emergency‑response storm‑drain cleaning services for Miami‑Dade County during the 2026 hurricane season. The contractor will be called upon after a Mayor, Governor, or President declaration of emergency to clear debris, vegetation, soil, rock, and other blockages from storm‑drain pipes, box culverts, and inlet structures throughout the county. Work may be performed at any time, including nighttime, and must meet all applicable federal, state, and local environmental standards while documenting locations with GPS‑tagged photographs.
