Valet Parking Services

The City of Hollywood, FL, Parking Division is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to provide Valet Parking Services in the downtown area. The service will consist of approximately four valet ramps that utilize approximately four public parking spaces for each ramp. The days and hours of operation for each ramp will be Thursday - Sunday and special events/holidays for a timeframe to be determined. The fee to valet a car/vehicle is anticipated to be set at $10.00 (per vehicle). Revenue share is subject to negotiation. The Contractor must provide proof that they have storage capacity to simultaneously park a minimum of 200 cars/vehicles or an acceptable vehicle storage capacity as approved by the City. • The Contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment and personnel to operate the valet service. • The Contractor will be required to provide a minimum of two employees per ramp during hours of operation. • The Contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all employees are trained and knowledgeable about the valet service and the City's requirements. • The Contractor will be required to provide monthly volume reports and incident reports to the City. • The Contractor will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment for customers and employees.
