Description
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is seeking bids for a master agreement contract for commercial electrical supplies. The contract will be for an initial period of approximately one year, with four optional one-year renewal periods. The successful bidder will be required to provide a wide range of electrical supplies, including circuit breakers, transformers, conduit, and panelboards. The bidder must also provide a discount percentage off MSRP for all other items offered. The contract will be awarded to the bidder who meets the requirements of the bid and achieves the best scores.
• The bidder must accept orders via telephone, email, and over-the-counter/walk-in.
• The bidder must provide a brick and mortar store within 50 miles of Frankfort, KY 40601.
• The bidder must provide a toll-free, after-hours telephone number for emergency orders.
• The bidder must provide a return policy that allows for returns within 30 calendar days of delivery.
• The bidder must provide a credit policy that allows for credits for defective or freight-damaged items.
