Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the Ocala West location. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the services. The contract will be for a period of time to be determined, and the contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and VA policies. Some of the key services that will be required include:
• Cleaning of all areas of the facility, including floors, walls, windows, and restrooms
• Disinfecting of all surfaces, including equipment and furniture
• Emptying of trash and recyclables
• Restocking of supplies, such as toilet paper and soap
• Performing deep cleaning tasks, such as cleaning of carpets and upholstery
The contractor will be required to provide a detailed proposal outlining their approach to providing the services, including their experience, qualifications, and pricing. The VA will evaluate the proposals based on factors such as price, experience, and past performance.
