NE PALM BAY CDBG-R ASPHALT PAVING

The City of Palm Bay is seeking a vendor to perform asphalt paving for approximately 1.6 linear miles of two-lane residential roadways. The project includes a single final course over existing roadways, and other work activities such as maintenance of traffic and edge grading. The contract was awarded to multiple vendors, including APAC - Southeast Inc, Community Asphalt Corporation, VA Paving Inc, Goodson Paving Inc, and Ranger Construction Industries. • The project requires the vendor to provide friction course FC-9.5 per FDOT FC-9.5 specifications. • The vendor must also provide delivery and placement of the asphalt paving. • The contract has a total value of approximately $140,000.00. • The project is expected to be completed within 21-30 calendar days after receipt of the work order.
