Laser Engraver

The purpose of this contract is to obtain a laser engraver and related components for The School Board of Charlotte County, Florida. The contract was awarded to Trotec Laser, Inc. for a period of one year, with the option to extend for an additional year at the same terms and conditions. The contract includes the purchase of a laser engraver, warranty, cutting table, air assist pump, fume extraction unit, delivery, and installation and training. The total value of the contract is estimated to be around $10,000 to $50,000, based on the typical cost of similar laser engravers and components. • The contract includes a laser engraver with a 24" x 12" engraving area, autofocus, laser pointer, ferro-magnetic working table, and 2" precision lens. • The contract also includes a warranty for a minimum of 24 months. • The vendor is responsible for delivering and installing the laser engraver and related components. • The contract includes training for the school staff on the use and maintenance of the laser engraver. • The contract is for a period of one year, with the option to extend for an additional year at the same terms and conditions.
