Quest Activeroles Server Software per enabled user Acct License

The County of Sacramento issued a Request for Bid (RFB) #8076 for the Quest Activeroles Server Software and related support. The software is used to manage provisioning of users, role-based security, group management, and change approvals in Active Directory. The contract includes up to 40 hours of on-site implementation and 8 hours of remote project management support. The contract was awarded to Capital Datacorp, the lowest priced, responsible bidder. The scope of work includes the deployment of the Quest Active Roles Server, configuration, and documentation. • The software is electronically provisioned with no exchange of tangible property. • The contract includes annual support for the software. • The contractor will provide on-site implementation and remote project management support. • The contract requires the contractor to document the configuration and installation of the software. • The contractor will provide a pricing summary spreadsheet. • The contract is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the RFB document.
