BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES

This contract is for behavioral health services in Carroll County, Maryland. The successful contractors will design a program to expand and enhance access to mental health and substance use services. The program should be data-driven and reflective of the current needs, gaps, and barriers around behavioral health services in Carroll County. The contractors should have experience delivering at least one of the behavioral health services listed, including clinical substance use and mental health evaluations, assessments, and treatment, crisis support and stabilization, individual, group and family therapy and counseling, psychiatric services, and linking customers to community resources and supports.
