20-51 Architectural, Engineering, Geotechnical, and Surveying Professional Servcies

This contract is for architectural, engineering, geotechnical, and surveying professional services for the Bay County Board of Commissioners. The contract is for a period of three years with two optional one-year renewals. The vendor, Halff Associates, Inc., will provide services on an as-needed basis for projects within the county. The contract includes various categories of work, such as construction engineering and inspection services, roadway design, stormwater engineering, and more. The county has an evaluation process to monitor the satisfactory performance of services under this contract. • The contract is non-exclusive, and the county reserves the right to solicit separate competitive proposals for any and all projects or tasks. • The vendor will submit annual statements of qualifications, performance data, hourly price schedules, and insurance certificates. • The contract includes provisions for termination, modification, and assignment. • The vendor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the Florida Public Records Law. • The contract includes a provision for the vendor to provide insurance coverage, including general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation. • The contract includes a provision for the vendor to cooperate with the county's inspector general in any investigation, audit, inspection, review, or hearing.
