This contract concerns the planning, production, and delivery of a hybrid Aging and Disability Summit for Cuyahoga County, scheduled for September 30 2022. The scope calls for a venue capable of hosting 250 in‑person attendees and a virtual platform for 400‑500 participants, including full AV support, breakout rooms, live streaming, recording, ADA‑compliant features, post‑event analytics, and catering (breakfast and lunch). The County will own all recorded assets, and the vendor must provide at least 30 days of post‑event support.
