Elevator Maintenance

This contract is for elevator maintenance services to be provided to Weber State University. The contract was awarded to Metro Elevator Utah Inc. for a period of five years, with the option to renew for additional one-year periods. The cost of the contract varies by month and type of elevator. The university's purchasing department is responsible for overseeing the procurement process and ensuring that all bids are evaluated fairly and in accordance with the Utah Procurement Code. • The contract includes maintenance services for traction, hydraulic, and skysuites traction elevators, as well as handicap lifts. • The contract also includes hourly rates for additional services not covered by the regular maintenance schedule. • The university reserves the right to purchase additional products based on this bid for up to 120 days after the initial purchase. • The contract is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the WSU Elevator Maintenance Agreement.
