Facility MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) Facilities and Industrial Building Supplies utiizing Sourcewell Contract No. 091422

This contract is for the purchase of facility MRO, industrial and building supplies with related equipment, accessories, supplies, and services for the Tampa International Airport. The contract is awarded to W.W. Grainger, Inc. and Fastenal Company, and has a maximum purchase authorization amount of $1,500,000, including two one-year renewal options. The contract is for a period of four years, from February 2, 2023 to November 8, 2026. The scope of work includes the purchase of routine facility MRO, industrial and building supplies with related equipment, accessories, supplies, and services. • The contract is utilizing Sourcewell Contract Nos. 091422-WWG and 091422-FAS. • The contract is included in the O&M and Capital Budgets. • The Chief Executive Officer recommends the Board authorize the issuance of Purchase Orders to W.W. Grainger, Inc. and Fastenal Company. • The contract has two one-year renewal options at the discretion of the Chief Executive Officer.
