Elevator Maintenance Services

The contract is for elevator maintenance services for Nueces County, covering all vertical transportation equipment. The selected contractor will provide routine preventive maintenance, emergency call-out services, testing and inspections, repairs and replacement of worn or defective components, and maintenance of maintenance logs and service records. The contract is for a term of three years with an option to renew for two additional one-year terms. The scope of work includes compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal safety codes and regulations. • Routine preventive maintenance of elevators as per the manufacturer’s recommendations and industry best practices • Emergency call-out services with defined response times • Testing and inspections as required by regulatory authorities • Timely repairs and replacement of worn or defective components • Maintenance of maintenance logs and service records • Coordination with third-party inspection agencies, if required
