Description
This solicitation seeks two three‑year contracts for comprehensive general architectural‑engineering services for Cuyahoga County facilities, including design, consulting, and project‑management across all engineering disciplines. The work covers judicial, juvenile, criminal‑justice centers, courtrooms, and other public buildings, requiring Ohio architect and engineer licenses, recent Cleveland permitting experience, and detailed staff qualifications. One of the two contracts is set‑aside for a certified Small‑Business‑Enterprise (SBE) firm. The contract value may reach up to $450,000 per award, with a total potential ceiling of $900,000.
