Library Periodicals

The City of Oxnard invited proposals from qualified contractors to provide periodicals services and products with a fixed rate provision of print magazines and newspapers for three branches of the Oxnard Public Library. The contract was awarded to W.T. Cox, who was determined to be the most responsible bidder for this project. The scope of work includes providing a wide selection of popular general interest magazines and newspapers for the library's patrons without service charges. • The contract is for a period of three (3) years • The City of Oxnard's Purchasing Division evaluated the proposals based on factors such as responses to the request for proposal, qualifications and experience, organization and approach, scope of services to be provided, schedule of work, and references.
