Employee Service Award Program

The County of Riverside is seeking a vendor to provide services for their Employee Service Award Program. The program recognizes and honors eligible County employees who have a minimum of 15 years of service, with the presentation of a service award. The vendor will be responsible for processing and providing services for the program, including gift prices, presentation boxes, gift wrap, warranty, 24/7 telephone ordering, and gift brochures. The contract was awarded to Michael C. Fina Corporate Sales, who was determined to be the overall lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • The program recognizes employees with 15 years of service and additional 5-year increments. • The vendor will provide gift prices, presentation boxes, gift wrap, warranty, 24/7 telephone ordering, and gift brochures. • The contract was awarded to Michael C. Fina Corporate Sales. • The County reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to split or make the award in any manner determined to be most advantageous to the County.
