The County of Bergen Department of Parks - Forestry is seeking roadside vegetation control services. The contract has a total lump daily rate cost of $3,925.00 for the first 12-month period, with a price per gallon in excess of 1000 gallons of $12.00. The contract is renewable for two additional 12-month periods, with total lump daily rate costs of $4,200.00 and $4,500.00, respectively. • The contract requires the contractor to conform to the current Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, published by the Federal Highway Administration. • The contractor must supply correct language for public notice ads to be placed by the County of Bergen in a newspaper. • The contractor must have the necessary licenses and MSDS sheets for all products being used. • The contract has a duration of 1 year, with options for renewal.
