Automated Mail Sorter & Ballot Processing System

The County of Riverside is soliciting quotations for an automated mail sorting and ballot processing system. The system must meet or exceed the minimum specifications detailed in the RFQ. The County needs the equipment and process to be operational no later than March 2012 for preparation of the June 2012 Primary Election. The RFQ was cancelled due to a change in specifications, and a new RFQ will be released at a future date. • The automated mail sorter and ballot processing system must be able to handle a large volume of mail ballots. • The system must be able to sort and process mail ballots efficiently and accurately. • The County is seeking a system that can be operational no later than March 2012. • The RFQ was cancelled and a new one will be released in the future.
