Clinical Equipment Service and Repair

The Multnomah County Health Department is seeking a contractor to provide clinical equipment service and repair services, including calibrating, tracking, and maintaining medical, dental, and lab equipment. The contractor will also provide quarterly reports and annual reviews of equipment statuses. The contract term is five years, and the County has budgeted approximately $150,000 for this procurement. • The contractor will provide services to various Multnomah County Health Department locations. • The contractor will be responsible for evaluating and calibrating lab instruments, biomedical, and dental equipment. • The contractor will provide a baseline report to the County, detailing the status of every piece of equipment. • The contractor will provide quarterly reports, including total intracycle preventative maintenance, total repairs, failures on patient, user errors, and user abuse. • The contractor will provide an annual review of equipment statuses, including recommendations for maximizing equipment lifecycles and minimizing replacement cycles.
