Wyoming Capitol Square Herschler Building Furniture

The State of Wyoming is seeking bids for the procurement of new systems furniture for the remodeled Herschler Building. The contract will be awarded in two phases, with the first phase commencing on September 7, 2017, and concluding by March 9, 2018. The second phase will commence in late 2018 and conclude in spring 2019. The selected vendor will be required to provide mockups of their proposed systems furniture and office furniture, as well as a best and final price and discount. The contract will be managed by the Construction Management Division of the Wyoming State Construction Department (CMD). • The contract includes the procurement of standard workstation cubicles, private workstation offices, and limited office furniture. • The vendor must meet or exceed the quality standards of the comparator systems, including KI Unite and Aristotle, AIS MWall and Calibrate, and Kimball Office Cetra, Footprint, and Transcend. • The contract will be awarded based on a two-stage selection process, with the first stage involving the identification and selection of proposers to be invited to the second stage. • The second stage will involve the finalist proposers providing mockups and a best and final price and discount.
